Lingkungan Binaan AMSA-UPH 2018/2019 : Ayo Lawan Hipertensi
Lingkungan Binaan (LingBin), an event that sprouted from the Community Outreach division is a long term event. This year our chosen theme for LingBin was AWAS (Ayo Lawan Hipertensi). We came to visit Kelurahan Binong where we gave the people education regarding hypertension and checked their blood pressure, which we re-checked in the next two months. We kept in touch with most of them to maintain and control their blood pressure as a way to promote their health and well-being.

Thriving to Health Care Equality, Chartering Hope
Under the supervision of Academic & Research Division, AMSA-UPH held Local Academic Training, otherwise known as LAT. LAT key events included sessions on Emergency Medicine, and an exclusive opportunity to participate in a tutor class regarding Postpartum Emergency. Special guest MSF Indonesia shared their experience regarding front line emergency medicine.
This event was held on February 23rd with the tagline ‘TOUCH’, Thriving to Health Care Equality, Chartering Hope, in Fakultas Kedokteran UPH.
Open Recruitment AMSA-UPH 2019/2020 : Pentingnya Cegah Hipertensi (PECAH)
Pentingnya Cegah Hipertensi or “PECAH” was a hypertension-themed event, conducted as part of the recruitment process for new AMSA-UPH members of the academic year 2019/2020.
PECAH aimed to spread awareness of hypertension prevention through a healthy, well-balanced diet. The event was conducted on 19th October 2019, at Kantor Kecamatan Pagedangan (government office). Our team kick-started the event with blood-pressure and BMI checking for registrants, followed by an enthusiastic zumba session, after which our AMSA-Representative 2019/2020 along with our Head of Event gave a few words of warm welcome. Next was a seminar by the renowned dr. Hendyono Lim, Sp.JP, FIHA which included a QnA round as well. The event included a doorprize lottery as its closing ceremony, after which the participants could indulge in a free consultation session regarding their health concerns with qualified general practitioners and purchase food items from our cheap market. The food items comprised of healthy, anti-hypertension foods to further promote our cause.
Open Recruitment AMSA-UPH 2019/2020 : Gerakan Anti Asam Urat (GRANAT)

A social health event held by AMSA-UPH for Open Recruitment 2019. On Sunday 13th of October 2019, AMSA-UPH organized “Gerakan Anti Asam Urat (GRANAT)” at Kelurahan Bojong Jaya, Tangerang.
Gout Arthritis is an inflammation that occurs when uric acid builds up in our body. Therefore, this event was one of the methods to educate the people around us regarding the importance of taking good care of their uric acid levels by preserving their dietary habits and lifestyle. We have succeeded in this event by having Tenda Tensi, a lecture presented by dr. Andree Kurniawan, Sp. PD, FINASIM, and general consultation. To complete the event, we had a quiz and prize as well!
We hope this event can be a great movement because by giving while learning, We aim to prepare a better health society.
Open Recruitment AMSA-UPH 2019/2020 : Sekarang Lawan Diabetes (SELADA)

Being held on Saturday, 12th October 2019, “Sekarang Lawan Diabetes” was brought to you by AMSA 3 at Kantor Kelurahan Uwung Jaya, Tangerang. The event was held to promote and raise public awareness about diabetes which has been a major health concern in Indonesia for quite a while now. The participants had the chance to get a free blood pressure and glucose tests also informative seminar led by dr. Theo Audi Yanto, Sp. PD. To develop a healthy lifestyle for the people, we provide an affordable bazaar selling healthy and low-sugar foods. It is hoped that by helding this event, many will become fully aware about the urgency of preventing and dealing with diabetes.
Welcoming Party AMSA-UPH 2019/2020 : Making Tremendous Changes With AMSA (MATCHA)
On November 2, 2019 we welcome our new members of AMSA-UPH in our event called MATCHA ‘Making Tremendous Changes with AMSA’ this event was held to streghten our bond as a family as well as inaugurate executive board of AMSA-UPH 2019/2020.
ROPE AMSA-UPH 2019/2020 : Menjaga Kebersihan Kesehatan Reproduksiku (MEKAR)
This December, AMSA-UPH executed a program called ROPE, which stands for Roots Of Hope. Our chosen theme for this year was “MEKAR” - Menjaga Kebersihan Kesehatan Reproduksiku. So we held the event at SMAN 3 Tangerang to give them specific education about a healthier lifestyle in reproduction.
Health Campaign 1 AMSA-UPH 2019/2020 :
Prevent Anemia While You Can (PRAWN)
PRAWN “Prevent Anemia While You Can”, is the chosen theme for this year's health campaign held on Sunday, 2nd of February 2020.
Through this campaign, members of AMSA-UPH educated Kelurahan Uwung Jaya's community about anemia as well as giving them a chance to check their hemoglobin level for free. Afterward, we also give out free sandwiches to those who participated in this health campaign.
AMSA-UPH Basic Training 2019/2020 : Upgrade & Improve Your Competence (UNION)
AMSA Basic Training is an annual event held by the Membership and Development division. Its purpose is to equip first year members with basic soft skills like public speaking, photography, videography. The participants attended 3 lecture classes: public poster, public speaking, photography & videography. Then they attend small class of their choice, either debate class or photography class. Lastly, the event ends with debate & photography competitions.

EOTY 2020 “Switch Your Health On” was held on 22nd of February at SMPN 6 Kota Tangerang. On this event, students can learn all about healthy lifestyle from the lecture given by dr. Natalia Emmy, Sp.GK.

Local Academic Training 2019/2020: Surgery Training in Trauma Care With AMSA (STITCH)
STITCH - Surgery Training in Trauma Care With AMSA, is the chosen theme for this year's Local Academic Training, which was held on Friday, 21st of August 2020.
We started the event with many workshops. There were Scientific Paper Session by AMSA-Indonesia, Public Poster training classes, and we ended it with a lecture and live demonstration on Basic Stitching and Surgery given by dr. Raymond Ronald Anurantha, Sp.B.
Social Activity AMSA-UPH 2019/2020 - OREO
SOCACT 2020 "Ordinary People Can Do Extraordinary Things" published podcasts on IGTV and Spotify on 29th-30th of August. On 7th of September, we visited Yayasan Precious One to hand over the donations and had received and brief chat with Ms. Ratnawati Sutedjo and Ms. Elizabeth Santoso regarding disability and also the importance of organizations such as Yayasan Precious One. This event aims to raise awareness towards the disabled and break pressing stigmas by collaborating with Yayasan Precious One, Mr. M. Dwiki Firmansyah, Ms. Maureen Kartika, Mr. Markus Kristianto, Ms. Rebecca Olivia Haryuni and Ms. Catherine Sharon Riris Silaban.
OPREC AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - AMSA 3 (SWIFT)
It's sad that SWIFT is over, since that, we are going to do a little flashback on D-Day. It was held on Saturday, 17 October 2020. Our topics were debridement and first aid on skin wounds, that was lectured by dr. Anthony Berlim Lioe, Sp.B. and dr. Taufik Sudirman, Sp.B. We had workshops, how to stop bleeding and GIPS at home as well. Lastly, we had door prizes for our 3 lucky participants. We sincerely hope you get new knowledge and enjoy it as much as we did. So, big thanks to our lecturers and all of you who participate, and see you next event!
OPREC AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - AMSA 2 (MOANA)
On Saturday, the 24th of October of 2020, OPREC AMSA 2 piece together a medical webinar entitled "MOANA - Moving Towards A New Normal". There are 2 main events for this webinar, which are the main talkshow and the 3 workshops following it. We started the main event of the webinar, which is a talkshow with dr. Ignatius Bima Prasetya, Sp.PD entitled "Debunking COVID-19 Myths". Next off, after the talkshow, the participants were then split into 3 different workshops of their choice. The topic for the 3 workshops are firstly, "Nutritious Food" by Febryola Indra, S.Tr. Par., M.Par., secondly "Skincare" by a sister duo who owns a beauty clinic, dr. Yovita Setiadi , M. Biomed (AAM) and Marlene Aprilia B.Bus Comm, Cibtac and last but not least "Mental Health” by Hanna Nina Irene Monareh, M. Psi, Psikolog. Once the 50 minutes workshops and the appreciation ceremony are done, it's time for the doorprize raffle. After the 3 lucky winners are called to collect their 100k prize, a picture was taken with the all the participants who joined and that marks the end of the event!
OPREC AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - AMSA 1 (MAGMA)
On Sunday, 18 October 2020, this event was held to make people aware of the importance of maintaining mental health. The participants will be able to better maintain their mental health and also be able to understand ways to reduce / cure mental illness, for example insecurity. Our events, both webinars and talkshows, are filled with extraordinary speakers. Our webinar speaker is Wiwit Puspitasari Dewi, M.Psi., Psi and our talkshow speaker is drg. Fransiske Tatengkeng. Not only that, our event also has games sessions with the aim of bonding so that all participants get to know each other better.
ROPE AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - ANTIDOTE
On 14th of December 2020, AMSA-UPH organized a medical webinar for teenagers called ROPE (Roots of Hope).
The theme was “ANTIDOTE- Anti Drugs To Save Life”. The event started with a webinar by Dr. dr. Hartati Kurniadi, Sp. KJ, MHA. After the webinar was over, all the participants played games and the event continued with an interactive talkshow with dr. Angelia Friscilla Hambuwun, MARS. Afterwards, before the event ended the participants had to do a quiz about the lecture and talkshow before.
HEALTH CAMPAIGN 1 AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - ELITE
AMSA-UPH would like to proudly present Health Campaign 1: ELITE "Eat Healthy, Live Better!", held on January 20-23 2021.
This event was held online in an effort to pertain to the COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. The world was brought to a hault, and communities collectively agreed to lock down and stay indoors. We present to you this informational and educative video in an effort to keep our health and diets in check whilst quarantining.
AMSA-UPH BASIC TRAINING 2020/2021 - ADVANCE
On 28th of February 2021, AMSA-UPH organized an event called AMSA Basic Training to train every member of AMSA-UPH to develop their skills.
The event was called "ADVANCE - Achieve Digital Improvement and Experience From E-Learning". It started by with an opening speech by the Representative of AMSA-UPH and the Project Officer of the event. After the opening, the event was followed by two lectures of public speaking, videography and photography.
FINANCE FEST AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - LOLIPOP
On 13th of March 2021, AMSA-UPH organized LOLIPOP: Learn Invest and Proposal Training with AMSA-UPH.
In the first session, dr. Jepthah Furano Lumban Tobing, B.Med.SCI, Sp.OT was the speaker for the topic: "Personal Finance and Investments for Medical Student". Afterwards was Giovanna Renee Tan, Secretary of Finance and Partnership AMSA-Indonesia 2020/2021, conducted a workshop on the topic "Sponsorship Proposal:Compose a Proposal that Scores the Deal". There were also Focus Group Discussion, games, and AMSA-UPH's mechandise bidding.
AMSA-UPH GOOD TIME 2020/2021 - HOME
"Happy Sweet Seventeen AMSA-UPH!"
On 21st of March 2021, we celebrated AMSA-UPH's birthday. We started the event with Talents Show videos from each division, and we also played the game ‘guess the AMSA-UPH member’ as well as had a bonding session! After a quick break, we had more games and a quiz with Kahoot. This was followed by a voting session to decide the winner of our Division Talent Show . Then, we had alumni sharing session with dr. Nathania Sheryl Sutisna and dr. Vito Anggarino Damay, Sp.JP, M.Kes, FIHA., FICA., FAsCC. At the end of the event, there was a cake-cutting ceremony and a video from Executive Boards, expressing their wishes for AMSA-UPH on its big day.
EOTY AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - NEW ERA NEW HABITS
On 20th of March 2021, AMSA-UPH organized EOTY - New Era, New Habits with SMPN 177 Jakarta.
Before the main event, we did an Instagram Live of the topic "Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat: Cuci Tangan dengan Sabun dan Air Bersih" with dr. Novika Sherly as the speaker. In the first session of the main event, dr. Jose Hady Putera was the speaker for the Talk Show of the topic "Pentingnya Konsumsi Buah dan Sayur di Era Pandemi COVID-19", after that the talkshow continued with dr. Nicholas Gabriel for the topic "Pentingnya Melakukan Aktivitas Fisik Setiap Hari di Era Pandemi COVID-19" There were also Workshop about making educational poster, how to make healthy food, and how to wash your hand correctly. After attending the various workshops, students of SMPN 177 Jakarta were asked to create their own poster based on the theme of our event this year - New Era, New Habits.
LOCAL ACADEMIC TRAINING AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - START UP
START UP - Strengthen Tuberculosis Awareness With AMSA-UPH, is the chosen theme for this year's Local Academic Training, which was held on Saturday, 10th April 2021.
The event started with Scientific Paper Training and the speaker for this session was Mr. Veli Sungiono, BsC., M.S., Dr (cand). We continued the session with a Lecture on Tuberculosis and Live Demonstration on Thoracentesis given by dr. Sylvia Sagita Siahaan, Sp.P.
SOCIAL ACTIVITY AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - RISE
RISE - Every Ribbon Makes A Difference, is the chosen theme for this year's Social Activity, which was held on Saturday, 24th April 2021. The event started with a Lecture about Breast Cancer and the speaker for this session was dr. Freda Susana Halim, Sp.B. We continued the session with a Talkshow with Breast Cancer Survivors.
HEALTH CAMPAIGN 2 AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - INSECURITY
INSECURITY “Inside Every Curve There is Beauty” is the chosen theme for this year Health Campaign 2 held on May 22nd, 2021.
This event aims to discuss the importance of mental health, as well as its role in an individual's insecurities regarding their bodies.
We present to you some educational, informative video in an effort to tackle this very issue. Through this video, we also hope that we could help our friends out there that are still struggling with their insecurities and to open their eyes that each and every one of us is unique and beautiful.
FAREWELL AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - HOGWARTS
HOGWARTS "Hello and Goodbye to The Memories We Spent Together" is the chosen theme for this year Farewell AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 held on June 14th, 2021.
The event started with an opening speech by the Project Officer and Representative of AMSA-UPH 2020/2021. Then, the event was followed by ice breaking, awards, games, and performance by the comittee. After a short break, we conducted a voting for the new Representative of AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 and welcomed the newly elected governing body!
OPREC AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - AMSA 1 (CORE)
On the 23rd of October AMSA 1 held a talkshow as part of the "Open Recruitment" program. The main topic of the talkshow is Communication in a Relationship. Accompanied by our amazing speakers, Yoriska Zou S.Ked., Geraldus Sigap B, and Helena Arnetta P, while being moderated by Greg Faldo, we were taught on how to have effective communication. Speaking from personal experiences, our guest speakers gave us tips on how to communicate with each other. Following the talkshow is a QnA session, participants are welcome to propose questions to our wonderful speakers. The event is then closed with a bonding session where participants played several games.
OPREC AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - AMSA 2 (CTRL+ALT+DEL)
“CTRL+ALT+DEL: Control Yourself, Alter Your Thinking, Delete Insecurities” was held by AMSA 2 on the 21st and 24th October, including the pre-event and main event.
Pre-event ➡️ Thursday 21st October 2021 Our pre-event is an IG Live with Ariana Novadian Abrin, S.Psi, Psikolog and it is a golden opportunity for us to get further knowledge of our main topic—insecurities.
Main events ➡️ Sunday 24th October 2021 - As for our main event, it started with a talk show titled “Reduce insecurities, Improve Qualities” presented by Yoana Theolia Angie Yessica, M.Psi., Psikolog, followed by dr. Waskita Roan, Sp.KJ’s lecture, which was “Insecurities no more: All about insecurities outcome”.
Games are also held between activities, for instance, riddles and Kahoot. - Next, participants were divided into 3 different workshops based on their choices: 1. “Peer Pressure: Let’s Not Compare Each Other, Be Who You Are” by Salma Dias Saraswati, M.Psi., Psikolog. Secondly 2. “Skincare: Overnight Beauty, Wake Up Pretty” by dr. Daicy Thio, M.Biomed (AAM). 3. “Healthy Lifestyle: Better Lifestyle, Better Future” by Andromeda Manuputty, S.H., M.M.

Main Event:
1st Session: Lecture "Get to know Asthma" Our event began with a lecture by dr. Sylvia Sagita Siahaan, Sp.P. It was an honor for us to hear such a wonderful introduction about Asthma.
2nd Session: Live Demo "How to do Nebulization" All of us were very impressed watching dr. Sylvia Sagita Siahaan, Sp.P doing the demonstration while giving a thorough explanation about nebulization.
3rd Session: Workshop "Asthma Emergency: First Aid" Participants were divided into 5 workshops. Our remarkable speakers in this session are dr. Cynthia Christine Jonachan, dr. Novika Sherly, dr. Jose Hady Putera, dr. Grace Alvina, and dr. Lilia Angela.
At last, we held a Kahoot game, wheel of luck, and announced the doorprize winners of our pre-event
OPREC AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - AMSA 4 (FEATHER)
FEATHER: Future, Healthy, Teenager is an event that was held on the 30th of October. The event focused on the importance of maintaining the health of teenagers in the trying times of the pandemic. The event comprised of two main sessions with phenomenal speakers that shed light upon the importance of being healthy both physically and mentally as well as helpful tips and tricks that will help the youth move forward in the pandemic.
FIRST SESSION: The first session titled “Better Teenager, Better Future” is a talkshow lead by dr. Dyana Safitri Velies, SpOG(K),Obginsos.,M.Kes and dr. Anita Halim Sp.A. This session gave us very useful information about how to move forward during the pandemic, expressed the importance of being a healthy teenager, but most importantly this session explored the topic of being a teenager in the pandemic extensively.
SECOND SESSION:The second session titled “Healthy Eyes” with dr. Yan Martha Putri, MRes highlighted the importance of healthy eyesight. This topic is especially relevant during the time of this pandemic as online school has become a major part in education during the pandemic.
WELCOMING PARTY AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - HOME-COMING : I AM HOME
On 14th November 2021, AMSA-UPH organized a welcoming party to inaugurate the new Executive Board of AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 and to welcome our new members. We started the event with a Rapat Kerja, where the Representative and Executive Boards elaborated their upcoming programmes in this tenure. Then, there was AMSA-Indonesia session with the Regional Chairperson and some of the Executive Boards. After that, all members are divided into groups to play games, continued by bonding each division.
ROPE AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - CLOUD
On 14th of December 2021, AMSA-UPH organized a webinar for junior high school student called ROPE (Roots of Hope) The theme was “CLOUD - Control Hour Hours, Understand Your Rhythm”. The event started with a talkshow with Alden and Robin. After the talkshow was over, we continued the session with a lecture by Dr. dr. Thomas Tommy, M. ked (Neurosurg), Sp. BS. After the lecture session, the event ended with all the participants played games.
AYP AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - DYNAMITE
On 29th of January 2022, AMSA-UPH organized webinar for member AMSA-UPH called AMSA Youth Preparation. The theme was “DYNAMITE - Dare Yourself To Ignite and Explore”. The event started with a talkshow about AMSA-Indonesia with dr. Rhema Wiguna and dr. Nathania Sheryl Sutisna. After that, the event continued with presentation by National Team AMSA-Indonesia, and we continued the session with talkshow AMSEP with Rhagoza Firman Nawwafdana. The event ended with all participants played games.
HC 1 AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - BRAVE
“BRAVE — Be Ready to Raise Awareness About Down Syndrome” was held on 28th and 30th January, including the pre-event and the main event. The pre-event was held on January 28, 2022. The pre-event was an IG live with Mrs. Eliza from POTADS who brought the topic "Keeping Up with Down Syndrome's Parent". The main event was be held on January 30, 2022. The first session was opened by dr. Angelina, Sp.A by giving a lecture about "Let's Find Out More About Down Syndrome". Then the second session was a talk show hosted by Adinda Meita Putri, M.Pd and continued with the last session was BOR Session with parents of down syndrome children from POTADS, in this session each BOR was asked to draw with parents and children with down syndrome.
ABT AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - LUMINOUS
“LUMINOUS - Learn New Skills Today, For A Better Tomorrow” was held on 26th February. The first session was opened by dr. Vito A. Damay, Sp.JP(K), M.Kes, AIFO-K, FIHA, FICA, FAsCC by giving a lecture about Self Branding. Then the second session was a workshop CV by Helena Arnetta Puteri and continued with the last session was BOR workshop design and workshop cinematography.
AGT AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - NEMO
On Saturday 12 March 2022, AMSA celebrated AMSA Good Time. This year, AGT brought the theme of NEMO: New Extraordinary Memories. The event started with each participant playing a game in the breakout room with a total of 5 games played by the participants. After playing the games, the participants returned to the main room and played bingo. After that, the session continued with a birthday video for AMSA-UPH. Then the most awaited thing was that AMSA District 2 representatives came to give a birthday greeting to AMSA-UPH. The AGT event ended with a friendship hour.
EOTY AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - RESCUE
“RESCUE — Perfect Stature For A Perfect Future” was held on 26th March. The first session was opened by dr. Andry Juliansen, Sp.A and dr. Endang Darmoutomo, M.S., Sp.GK by giving a talkshow about "Peningkatan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak serta Pencegahan Stunting". Then the second session was a sharing session with Ibu Eneng Ernawati, S,Gz and continued with games. The last session was Forum Group Discussion and continued with plenary by dr. Victor Christian, Sp.Rad.
FINANCE FEST AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - FORTUNE
On April 16, 2022. AMSA-UPH has held Finance Fest. This year Finance Fest brought the theme “FORTUNE — Find Opportunities to Reach Endless Possibilities”. The event was opened with a lecture about “Doctorpreneur ship” and followed by talkshow about “Working in a Hospital vs Clinic”, after break and games continued with an FGD session and presentation.
LOCAL ACADEMIC TRAINING AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - ATOM
On April 9, 2022, AMSA-UPH held the second Local Academic Training with the theme ATOM – Advancement of Telemedicine in the Future of Mankind. The first session was opened with a talk show session about telemedicine applications, then the second session was a lecture about telemedicine at Siloam Hospital.
SOSACT AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - PIONEER
This year's social activity brought the theme of PIONEER - Preparing Youth to Help Individuals with Learning Challenges.
The pre-event was held on April 2, 2022. The pre-event was opened with a lecture on learning disabilities by Martha Sonya Kusumadewi, S.Psi and then continued with a talk show about learning how to communicate with dyslexics by Gede Agus Permadi, S. Pd ( Bali Dyslexia Foundation).
The first main-event was held on April 23, 2022. In the first social-activity main event, a charity concert was held in which ticket sales were donated to the Bali Dyslexia Foundation and the Indonesia Peduli Children Foundation with special needs. At this charity concert, there was a special performance by The Overtunes, UPH FK Band, and a social documentary on learning disabilities. The second main-event was held on April 24, 2022. The main event was opened with a talkshow by I Kadek Wijayastra Putra Sukaba (Bali Dyslexia Foundation) moderated by Brigita Charisma Djampi, S. Psi about understanding the world of dyslexia. The first post-event is making videos about what has been learned during the event while the second post-event social activity is making 3 videos about learning disabilities and learning disabilities, learning difficulties faced, special teaching methods, and how we should respond if have a friend or relative who learning disability.

On 11th of June 2022, AMSA-UPH organized a farewell part to all the members of AMSA-UPH 2021/2022.
The theme was “AU REVOIR — Are You Ready For The Next Chapter”. The event started with an opening speech by the Project Officer and Representative of AMSA-UPH 2021/2022.
Then, the event was followed by ice breaking, awarding, and games. After a short break, we conducted a voting for the new Representative of AMSA-UPH 2022/2023 and welcomed the newly elected governing body.
After that, the event continued by bidding auction and performance by the comittee.

On 16th October AMSA-1 held an event called “SESAMA - Sehat Bersama AMSA” , an educational event about clean and healthy lifestyle with children from Putra Asih Orphanage. Throughout the event, AMSA-1 committee had engaged the children to do a morning exercise, live demo on how to wash hands properly, test their knowledge and understanding by doing a pre-test and post-test about health and nutrition. Besides that there is an educational session with dr. Andry Juliansen, Sp.A as the speaker with a topic about nutrition . Apart from all of the activity above that has been mentioned, there are some fun games and prizes that enlightened the children there! AMSA-1 also had fun spending time and bonding with the children. Therefore, through SESAMA let’s encourage one and another to maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle!

Dear, People of Tomorrow! CERDAS: Cegah Rokok dari Sekarang was an event held by AMSA-2 on the 22nd of October 2022 at SMAN 13 Tangerang. The goal of our event is to educate students and build their awareness of the immediate health damage caused by smoking and secondhand smoke exposure. We had some exciting Pre-Events such as Crosswords Puzzle and Hidden Words! Our main event began with a Pre-test, continued to a seminar spoken by dr. Jeremia Immanuel Siregar, Sp.PD who talks about contents, classifications, and effects of cigarettes; and Post-test. Our next session was the most exciting part of the event! Yup, you’ve guessed it. It was GAME SESSION. Groups of participants were lead by each of their facilitator to seven game stations and their goal is to get as many points as they can and finish the missing word of a sentence that was given before hand. Having our Pre-Events, we also had Post-Event. It was to upload a photo of our event’s pose to end off CERDAS.

Dear, People of Tomorrow! On the 23rd of October 2022, AMSA-3 just held an event to spread awareness concerning hypertension called "SISTOLIK -Siap Tolak Hipertensi!" at Desa Panongan! Let's RECAP on the events done today! First, the people of Desa Panongan welcomed this event with open arms and enthusiastically listened to the lecture given by dr. Royman Christian P. S., Sp.BTKV, even going as far as asking questions concerning their village's health. The session is then followed by a doorprize event where the participants are all given a chance to win two prizes. Additionally, theres also a photo session where all the staff, participants, and even dr. Royman Christian P. S., Sp.BTKV got a chance to do our signature SISTOLIK movement and AMSA gesutre. Lastly there's a TENTEN (Tenda Tensi) session where we check the participants blood pressure. Those with an abnormal blood pressure were given a chance to consult with dr. Neneng Suryadinata, M.Psi.T and dr. Vivien Puspitasari, Sp.S. We hope that the people of Desa Panongan would use this newfound knowledge to help themselves and the people around them.

NASA is a new program for this tenure, where this year AMSA-UPH did a collaboration with AMSA-UGM, and did an exchange program offline. This year's event was held with the tagline "MOONS: Magical World of Neuroscience". This event was held on the 10th to 12th February 2023, and was attended by 12 delegates from AMSA-UGM. The event consisted of many exciting sessions like, welcoming party, lecture and clinical skill session, community service, city tour and ended with a farewell party. We hoped it was a memorable experience for our delegates, and stay tune to next year's NASA!

AYPxABT 2023: “STELLAR: Strengthen Leadership and Relationship” was held on the 25th of February 2023. AYP x ABT is a work program for AMSA-UPH members to get to know AMSA-Indonesia better and find out how to be able to participate in AMSA national activities, as well as train and improve their abilities and potential. This event was held online through zoom and was a compulsory event for all members to join. The event consisted of two sessions. First, the lecture “Leadership Starts with You” was brought up by Helena Arnetta Puteri, S.Ked, M.Res as the Regional Chairperson of AMSA-Indonesia 2020/2021. It was followed by a breakout room session by the National Team AMSA-Indonesia 2022/2023.

Local Academic Training 3.0 with the tagline UP-BEAT: Understand Phlebotomy and Blood Education has been done on the 11th of March 2023. The event was participated by first year members, and it consisted of a Seminar and Live Demo brought by dr. Ian Huang Sp.PD. The session was then followed by a workshop so participants can implement what they've learnt during the Seminar and test their own blood. AMSA-UPH Birthday is a 2 day event that was held on the 5th of March 2023 and 21st of March 2023. The event was brought up with the tagline "MOVIE : Memories of This Valuable Night Remains." The first day was social activity where we celebrated the joy of the birthday with children from Panti Asuhan Beth Shalom. There, we had fun together with the children through exersicing, games and an interactive session. The second day was the main event of the birthday party where we gathered to play games, have fun together, and enjoying the after party. It was also attended by alumnis, AMSA-Indonesia Executive Board and District 2 Representatives. It was a very fun and memorable event, and we wish AMSA-UPH all the best wishes for this birthday, and will continue to strive and develop as an organization.

Event of the Year is an annual event held by all AMSA-university. And this year AMSA-UPH proudly presents “CARDIAC: Create Your Healthy Daily, Far Away From Hypertension.” EOTY 2023 was held at Posyandu Nusa Indah 11, Desa Kadu Jaya Tangerang. It consisted of a series of activities including morning exercise and talkshow brought by Dr. dr. Antonia Anna Lukito, Sp.JP(K), FIHA, FAPSIC, FSCAI, FASCC. The day was ended by doing a free blood pressure measurement and sandwich competition.

This year’s Health Campaign with the tagline “ALLURE : Accept and Look at The Uniqueness of Autism From Different Perspectives” was held on the 2nd of April, the same day as World Autism Day. The event was divided into two activites, where we first did "Tenda Tensi" at GKI Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, while educating people around regarding autism. Then we continued the event at Yayasan Sayap Ibu, South Jakarta, where we did various activities with the children there like, giving education on the importance of hygiene, interactive session, and break fast together. This is AMSA-UPH's first health campaign held offline after so long, and we hope we manage to raise awareness regarding autism through this event.

Open Recruitment AMSA-UPH 2019/2020 : Pentingnya Cegah Hipertensi (PECAH)
Pentingnya Cegah Hipertensi or “PECAH” was a hypertension-themed event, conducted as part of the recruitment process for new AMSA-UPH members of the academic year 2019/2020.
PECAH aimed to spread awareness of hypertension prevention through a healthy, well-balanced diet. The event was conducted on 19th October 2019, at Kantor Kecamatan Pagedangan (government office). Our team kick-started the event with blood-pressure and BMI checking for registrants, followed by an enthusiastic zumba session, after which our AMSA-Representative 2019/2020 along with our Head of Event gave a few words of warm welcome. Next was a seminar by the renowned dr. Hendyono Lim, Sp.JP, FIHA which included a QnA round as well. The event included a doorprize lottery as its closing ceremony, after which the participants could indulge in a free consultation session regarding their health concerns with qualified general practitioners and purchase food items from our cheap market. The food items comprised of healthy, anti-hypertension foods to further promote our cause.

Gout Arthritis is an inflammation that occurs when uric acid builds up in our body. Therefore, this event was one of the methods to educate the people around us regarding the importance of taking good care of their uric acid levels by preserving their dietary habits and lifestyle. We have succeeded in this event by having Tenda Tensi, a lecture presented by dr. Andree Kurniawan, Sp. PD, FINASIM, and general consultation. To complete the event, we had a quiz and prize as well!
We hope this event can be a great movement because by giving while learning, We aim to prepare a better health society.

The event was held to promote and raise public awareness about diabetes which has been a major health concern in Indonesia for quite a while now. The participants had the chance to get a free blood pressure and glucose tests also informative seminar led by dr. Theo Audi Yanto, Sp. PD. To develop a healthy lifestyle for the people, we provide an affordable bazaar selling healthy and low-sugar foods. It is hoped that by helding this event, many will become fully aware about the urgency of preventing and dealing with diabetes.

PRAWN “Prevent Anemia While You Can”, is the chosen theme for this year's health campaign held on Sunday, 2nd of February 2020.
Through this campaign, members of AMSA-UPH educated Kelurahan Uwung Jaya's community about anemia as well as giving them a chance to check their hemoglobin level for free. Afterward, we also give out free sandwiches to those who participated in this health campaign.
AMSA-UPH Basic Training 2019/2020 : Upgrade & Improve Your Competence (UNION)
AMSA Basic Training is an annual event held by the Membership and Development division. Its purpose is to equip first year members with basic soft skills like public speaking, photography, videography. The participants attended 3 lecture classes: public poster, public speaking, photography & videography. Then they attend small class of their choice, either debate class or photography class. Lastly, the event ends with debate & photography competitions.

STITCH - Surgery Training in Trauma Care With AMSA, is the chosen theme for this year's Local Academic Training, which was held on Friday, 21st of August 2020.
We started the event with many workshops. There were Scientific Paper Session by AMSA-Indonesia, Public Poster training classes, and we ended it with a lecture and live demonstration on Basic Stitching and Surgery given by dr. Raymond Ronald Anurantha, Sp.B.

SOCACT 2020 "Ordinary People Can Do Extraordinary Things" published podcasts on IGTV and Spotify on 29th-30th of August. On 7th of September, we visited Yayasan Precious One to hand over the donations and had received and brief chat with Ms. Ratnawati Sutedjo and Ms. Elizabeth Santoso regarding disability and also the importance of organizations such as Yayasan Precious One. This event aims to raise awareness towards the disabled and break pressing stigmas by collaborating with Yayasan Precious One, Mr. M. Dwiki Firmansyah, Ms. Maureen Kartika, Mr. Markus Kristianto, Ms. Rebecca Olivia Haryuni and Ms. Catherine Sharon Riris Silaban.
OPREC AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - AMSA 3 (SWIFT)
It's sad that SWIFT is over, since that, we are going to do a little flashback on D-Day. It was held on Saturday, 17 October 2020. Our topics were debridement and first aid on skin wounds, that was lectured by dr. Anthony Berlim Lioe, Sp.B. and dr. Taufik Sudirman, Sp.B. We had workshops, how to stop bleeding and GIPS at home as well. Lastly, we had door prizes for our 3 lucky participants. We sincerely hope you get new knowledge and enjoy it as much as we did. OPREC AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - AMSA 2 (MOANA)
On Saturday, the 24th of October of 2020, OPREC AMSA 2 piece together a medical webinar entitled "MOANA - Moving Towards A New Normal". There are 2 main events for this webinar, which are the main talkshow and the 3 workshops following it. We started the main event of the webinar, which is a talkshow with dr. Ignatius Bima Prasetya, Sp.PD entitled "Debunking COVID-19 Myths". Next off, after the talkshow, the participants were then split into 3 different workshops of their choice. The topic for the 3 workshops are firstly, "Nutritious Food" by Febryola Indra, S.Tr. Par., M.Par., secondly "Skincare" by a sister duo who owns a beauty clinic, dr. Yovita Setiadi , M. Biomed (AAM) and Marlene Aprilia B.Bus Comm, Cibtac and last but not least "Mental Health” by Hanna Nina Irene Monareh, M. Psi, Psikolog. Once the 50 minutes workshops and the appreciation ceremony are done, it's time for the doorprize raffle. After the 3 lucky winners are called to collect their 100k prize, a picture was taken with the all the participants who joined and that marks the end of the event!

On Sunday, 18 October 2020, this event was held to make people aware of the importance of maintaining mental health. The participants will be able to better maintain their mental health and also be able to understand ways to reduce / cure mental illness, for example insecurity. Our events, both webinars and talkshows, are filled with extraordinary speakers. Our webinar speaker is Wiwit Puspitasari Dewi, M.Psi., Psi and our talkshow speaker is drg. Fransiske Tatengkeng. Not only that, our event also has games sessions with the aim of bonding so that all participants get to know each other better.

On 14th of December 2020, AMSA-UPH organized a medical webinar for teenagers called ROPE (Roots of Hope).
The theme was “ANTIDOTE- Anti Drugs To Save Life”. The event started with a webinar by Dr. dr. Hartati Kurniadi, Sp. KJ, MHA. After the webinar was over, all the participants played games and the event continued with an interactive talkshow with dr. Angelia Friscilla Hambuwun, MARS. Afterwards, before the event ended the participants had to do a quiz about the lecture and talkshow before.

This event was held online in an effort to pertain to the COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. The world was brought to a hault, and communities collectively agreed to lock down and stay indoors. On 28th of February 2021, AMSA-UPH organized an event called AMSA Basic Training to train every member of AMSA-UPH to develop their skills.

On 13th of March 2021, AMSA-UPH organized LOLIPOP: Learn Invest and Proposal Training with AMSA-UPH.

"Happy Sweet Seventeen AMSA-UPH!"
On 21st of March 2021, we celebrated AMSA-UPH's birthday. We started the event with Talents Show videos from each division, and we also played the game ‘guess the AMSA-UPH member’ as well as had a bonding session! After a quick break, we had more games and a quiz with Kahoot. This was followed by a voting session to decide the winner of our Division Talent Show . Then, we had alumni sharing session with dr. Nathania Sheryl Sutisna and dr. Vito Anggarino Damay, Sp.JP, M.Kes, FIHA., FICA., FAsCC. At the end of the event, there was a cake-cutting ceremony and a video from Executive Boards, expressing their wishes for AMSA-UPH on its big day.
EOTY AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 - NEW ERA NEW HABITS
On 20th of March 2021, AMSA-UPH organized EOTY - New Era, New Habits with SMPN 177 Jakarta.
Before the main event, we did an Instagram Live of the topic "Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat: Cuci Tangan dengan Sabun dan Air Bersih" with dr. Novika Sherly as the speaker. In the first session of the main event, dr. Jose Hady Putera was the speaker for the Talk Show of the topic "Pentingnya Konsumsi Buah dan Sayur di Era Pandemi COVID-19", after that the talkshow continued with dr. Nicholas Gabriel for the topic "Pentingnya Melakukan Aktivitas Fisik Setiap Hari di Era Pandemi COVID-19" There were also Workshop about making educational poster, how to make healthy food, and how to wash your hand correctly. After attending the various workshops, students of SMPN 177 Jakarta were asked to create their own poster based on the theme of our event this year - New Era, New Habits.

START UP - Strengthen Tuberculosis Awareness With AMSA-UPH, is the chosen theme for this year's Local Academic Training, which was held on Saturday, 10th April 2021.
The event started with Scientific Paper Training and the speaker for this session was Mr. Veli Sungiono, BsC., M.S., Dr (cand). We continued the session with a Lecture on Tuberculosis and Live Demonstration on Thoracentesis given by dr. Sylvia Sagita Siahaan, Sp.P.

RISE - Every Ribbon Makes A Difference, is the chosen theme for this year's Social Activity, which was held on Saturday, 24th April 2021. INSECURITY “Inside Every Curve There is Beauty” is the chosen theme for this year Health Campaign 2 held on May 22nd, 2021.
This event aims to discuss the importance of mental health, as well as its role in an individual's insecurities regarding their bodies.
We present to you some educational, informative video in an effort to tackle this very issue. Through this video, we also hope that we could help our friends out there that are still struggling with their insecurities and to open their eyes that each and every one of us is unique and beautiful.

HOGWARTS "Hello and Goodbye to The Memories We Spent Together" is the chosen theme for this year Farewell AMSA-UPH 2020/2021 held on June 14th, 2021.
The event started with an opening speech by the Project Officer and Representative of AMSA-UPH 2020/2021. Then, the event was followed by ice breaking, awards, games, and performance by the comittee. After a short break, we conducted a voting for the new Representative of AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 and welcomed the newly elected governing body!
OPREC AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - AMSA 1 (CORE)
On the 23rd of October AMSA 1 held a talkshow as part of the "Open Recruitment" program. The main topic of the talkshow is Communication in a Relationship. Accompanied by our amazing speakers, Yoriska Zou S.Ked., Geraldus Sigap B, and Helena Arnetta P, while being moderated by Greg Faldo, we were taught on how to have effective communication. Speaking from personal experiences, our guest speakers gave us tips on how to communicate with each other. Following the talkshow is a QnA session, participants are welcome to propose questions to our wonderful speakers. The event is then closed with a bonding session where participants played several games.

Main events ➡️ Sunday 24th October 2021 - As for our main event, it started with a talk show titled “Reduce insecurities, Improve Qualities” presented by Yoana Theolia Angie Yessica, M.Psi., Psikolog, followed by dr. Waskita Roan, Sp.KJ’s lecture, which was “Insecurities no more: All about insecurities outcome”.

2nd Session: Live Demo "How to do Nebulization" All of us were very impressed watching dr. Sylvia Sagita Siahaan, Sp.P doing the demonstration while giving a thorough explanation about nebulization.
3rd Session: Workshop "Asthma Emergency: First Aid" Participants were divided into 5 workshops. Our remarkable speakers in this session are dr. Cynthia Christine Jonachan, dr. Novika Sherly, dr. Jose Hady Putera, dr. Grace Alvina, and dr. Lilia Angela.
At last, we held a Kahoot game, wheel of luck, and announced the doorprize winners of our pre-event

FEATHER: Future, Healthy, Teenager is an event that was held on the 30th of October. The event focused on the importance of maintaining the health of teenagers in the trying times of the pandemic. The event comprised of two main sessions with phenomenal speakers that shed light upon the importance of being healthy both physically and mentally as well as helpful tips and tricks that will help the youth move forward in the pandemic.
FIRST SESSION: The first session titled “Better Teenager, Better Future” is a talkshow lead by dr. Dyana Safitri Velies, SpOG(K),Obginsos.,M.Kes and dr. Anita Halim Sp.A. This session gave us very useful information about how to move forward during the pandemic, expressed the importance of being a healthy teenager, but most importantly this session explored the topic of being a teenager in the pandemic extensively.
SECOND SESSION:The second session titled “Healthy Eyes” with dr. Yan Martha Putri, MRes highlighted the importance of healthy eyesight. This topic is especially relevant during the time of this pandemic as online school has become a major part in education during the pandemic.
WELCOMING PARTY AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - HOME-COMING : I AM HOME
On 14th November 2021, AMSA-UPH organized a welcoming party to inaugurate the new Executive Board of AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 and to welcome our new members. We started the event with a Rapat Kerja, where the Representative and Executive Boards elaborated their upcoming programmes in this tenure. Then, there was AMSA-Indonesia session with the Regional Chairperson and some of the Executive Boards. After that, all members are divided into groups to play games, continued by bonding each division.
ROPE AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - CLOUD
On 14th of December 2021, AMSA-UPH organized a webinar for junior high school student called ROPE (Roots of Hope) The theme was “CLOUD - Control Hour Hours, Understand Your Rhythm”. The event started with a talkshow with Alden and Robin. After the talkshow was over, we continued the session with a lecture by Dr. dr. Thomas Tommy, M. ked (Neurosurg), Sp. BS. After the lecture session, the event ended with all the participants played games.
AYP AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - DYNAMITE
On 29th of January 2022, AMSA-UPH organized webinar for member AMSA-UPH called AMSA Youth Preparation. The theme was “DYNAMITE - Dare Yourself To Ignite and Explore”. The event started with a talkshow about AMSA-Indonesia with dr. Rhema Wiguna and dr. Nathania Sheryl Sutisna. After that, the event continued with presentation by National Team AMSA-Indonesia, and we continued the session with talkshow AMSEP with Rhagoza Firman Nawwafdana. The event ended with all participants played games.
HC 1 AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - BRAVE
“BRAVE — Be Ready to Raise Awareness About Down Syndrome” was held on 28th and 30th January, including the pre-event and the main event. The pre-event was held on January 28, 2022. The pre-event was an IG live with Mrs. Eliza from POTADS who brought the topic "Keeping Up with Down Syndrome's Parent". The main event was be held on January 30, 2022. The first session was opened by dr. Angelina, Sp.A by giving a lecture about "Let's Find Out More About Down Syndrome". Then the second session was a talk show hosted by Adinda Meita Putri, M.Pd and continued with the last session was BOR Session with parents of down syndrome children from POTADS, in this session each BOR was asked to draw with parents and children with down syndrome.
ABT AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - LUMINOUS
“LUMINOUS - Learn New Skills Today, For A Better Tomorrow” was held on 26th February. The first session was opened by dr. Vito A. Damay, Sp.JP(K), M.Kes, AIFO-K, FIHA, FICA, FAsCC by giving a lecture about Self Branding. Then the second session was a workshop CV by Helena Arnetta Puteri and continued with the last session was BOR workshop design and workshop cinematography.
AGT AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - NEMO
On Saturday 12 March 2022, AMSA celebrated AMSA Good Time. This year, AGT brought the theme of NEMO: New Extraordinary Memories. The event started with each participant playing a game in the breakout room with a total of 5 games played by the participants. After playing the games, the participants returned to the main room and played bingo. After that, the session continued with a birthday video for AMSA-UPH. Then the most awaited thing was that AMSA District 2 representatives came to give a birthday greeting to AMSA-UPH. The AGT event ended with a friendship hour.
EOTY AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - RESCUE
“RESCUE — Perfect Stature For A Perfect Future” was held on 26th March. The first session was opened by dr. Andry Juliansen, Sp.A and dr. Endang Darmoutomo, M.S., Sp.GK by giving a talkshow about "Peningkatan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak serta Pencegahan Stunting". Then the second session was a sharing session with Ibu Eneng Ernawati, S,Gz and continued with games. The last session was Forum Group Discussion and continued with plenary by dr. Victor Christian, Sp.Rad.
FINANCE FEST AMSA-UPH 2021/2022 - FORTUNE
On April 16, 2022. AMSA-UPH has held Finance Fest. This year Finance Fest brought the theme “FORTUNE — Find Opportunities to Reach Endless Possibilities”. The event was opened with a lecture about “Doctorpreneur ship” and followed by talkshow about “Working in a Hospital vs Clinic”, after break and games continued with an FGD session and presentation.

On April 9, 2022, AMSA-UPH held the second Local Academic Training with the theme ATOM – Advancement of Telemedicine in the Future of Mankind. The first session was opened with a talk show session about telemedicine applications, then the second session was a lecture about telemedicine at Siloam Hospital.

This year's social activity brought the theme of PIONEER - Preparing Youth to Help Individuals with Learning Challenges.
The pre-event was held on April 2, 2022. The pre-event was opened with a lecture on learning disabilities by Martha Sonya Kusumadewi, S.Psi and then continued with a talk show about learning how to communicate with dyslexics by Gede Agus Permadi, S. Pd ( Bali Dyslexia Foundation).
The first main-event was held on April 23, 2022. In the first social-activity main event, a charity concert was held in which ticket sales were donated to the Bali Dyslexia Foundation and the Indonesia Peduli Children Foundation with special needs. At this charity concert, there was a special performance by The Overtunes, UPH FK Band, and a social documentary on learning disabilities. The second main-event was held on April 24, 2022. The main event was opened with a talkshow by I Kadek Wijayastra Putra Sukaba (Bali Dyslexia Foundation) moderated by Brigita Charisma Djampi, S. Psi about understanding the world of dyslexia. Then continued with the NGO session and Lecture by Dr Waskita Roan, Sp, KJ regarding the medical explanation behind dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia. The first post-event is making videos about what has been learned during the event while the second post-event social activity is making 3 videos about learning disabilities and learning disabilities, learning difficulties faced, special teaching methods, and how we should respond if have a friend or relative who learning disability.

On 16th October AMSA-1 held an event called “SESAMA - Sehat Bersama AMSA” , an educational event about clean and healthy lifestyle with children from Putra Asih Orphanage. Throughout the event, AMSA-1 committee had engaged the children to do a morning exercise, live demo on how to wash hands properly, test their knowledge and understanding by doing a pre-test and post-test about health and nutrition. Besides that there is an educational session with dr. Andry Juliansen, Sp.A as the speaker with a topic about nutrition . Apart from all of the activity above that has been mentioned, there are some fun games and prizes that enlightened the children there! AMSA-1 also had fun spending time and bonding with the children. Therefore, through SESAMA let’s encourage one and another to maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle!

Dear, People of Tomorrow! CERDAS: Cegah Rokok dari Sekarang was an event held by AMSA-2 on the 22nd of October 2022 at SMAN 13 Tangerang. The goal of our event is to educate students and build their awareness of the immediate health damage caused by smoking and secondhand smoke exposure. We had some exciting Pre-Events such as Crosswords Puzzle and Hidden Words! Our main event began with a Pre-test, continued to a seminar spoken by dr. Jeremia Immanuel Siregar, Sp.PD who talks about contents, classifications, and effects of cigarettes; and Post-test. Our next session was the most exciting part of the event! Yup, you’ve guessed it. It was GAME SESSION. Groups of participants were lead by each of their facilitator to seven game stations and their goal is to get as many points as they can and finish the missing word of a sentence that was given before hand. Having our Pre-Events, we also had Post-Event. It was to upload a photo of our event’s pose to end off CERDAS.

Dear, People of Tomorrow! On the 23rd of October 2022, AMSA-3 just held an event to spread awareness concerning hypertension called "SISTOLIK -Siap Tolak Hipertensi!" at Desa Panongan! Let's RECAP on the events done today! First, the people of Desa Panongan welcomed this event with open arms and enthusiastically listened to the lecture given by dr. Royman Christian P. S., Sp.BTKV, even going as far as asking questions concerning their village's health. The session is then followed by a doorprize event where the participants are all given a chance to win two prizes. Additionally, theres also a photo session where all the staff, participants, and even dr. Royman Christian P. S., Sp.BTKV got a chance to do our signature SISTOLIK movement and AMSA gesutre. Lastly there's a TENTEN (Tenda Tensi) session where we check the participants blood pressure. Those with an abnormal blood pressure were given a chance to consult with dr. Neneng Suryadinata, M.Psi.T and dr. Vivien Puspitasari, Sp.S. We hope that the people of Desa Panongan would use this newfound knowledge to help themselves and the people around them.

NASA is a new program for this tenure, where this year AMSA-UPH did a collaboration with AMSA-UGM, and did an exchange program offline. This year's event was held with the tagline "MOONS: Magical World of Neuroscience". This event was held on the 10th to 12th February 2023, and was attended by 12 delegates from AMSA-UGM. The event consisted of many exciting sessions like, welcoming party, lecture and clinical skill session, community service, city tour and ended with a farewell party. We hoped it was a memorable experience for our delegates, and stay tune to next year's NASA!

AYPxABT 2023: “STELLAR: Strengthen Leadership and Relationship” was held on the 25th of February 2023. AYP x ABT is a work program for AMSA-UPH members to get to know AMSA-Indonesia better and find out how to be able to participate in AMSA national activities, as well as train and improve their abilities and potential. This event was held online through zoom and was a compulsory event for all members to join. The event consisted of two sessions. First, the lecture “Leadership Starts with You” was brought up by Helena Arnetta Puteri, S.Ked, M.Res as the Regional Chairperson of AMSA-Indonesia 2020/2021. It was followed by a breakout room session by the National Team AMSA-Indonesia 2022/2023.

The webinar was titled ‘All about Dementia’ where talked all about dementia, and the importance of early detection. The webinar was brought by Dr. dr. Rocksy Fransisca V. Situmeang, Sp.S. We were glad by the enthusiasm of participants who asked many questions, and we hope this was a memorable and meaningful event.

Local Academic Training 3.0 with the tagline UP-BEAT: Understand Phlebotomy and Blood Education has been done on the 11th of March 2023. The event was participated by first year members, and it consisted of a Seminar and Live Demo brought by dr. Ian Huang Sp.PD. The session was then followed by a workshop so participants can implement what they've learnt during the Seminar and test their own blood. We hope this event increases participants' knowledge and was a meaningful event.

AUB AMSA-UPH 2022/2023 - MOVIE
AMSA-UPH Birthday is a 2 day event that was held on the 5th of March 2023 and 21st of March 2023. The event was brought up with the tagline "MOVIE : Memories of This Valuable Night Remains." The first day was social activity where we celebrated the joy of the birthday with children from Panti Asuhan Beth Shalom. There, we had fun together with the children through exersicing, games and an interactive session. The second day was the main event of the birthday party where we gathered to play games, have fun together, and enjoying the after party. It was also attended by alumnis, AMSA-Indonesia Executive Board and District 2 Representatives. EOTY AMSA-UPH 2022/2023 - CARDIAC
Event of the Year is an annual event held by all AMSA-university. And this year AMSA-UPH proudly presents “CARDIAC: Create Your Healthy Daily, Far Away From Hypertension.” EOTY 2023 was held at Posyandu Nusa Indah 11, Desa Kadu Jaya Tangerang. It consisted of a series of activities including morning exercise and talkshow brought by Dr. dr. Antonia Anna Lukito, Sp.JP(K), FIHA, FAPSIC, FSCAI, FASCC. The day was ended by doing a free blood pressure measurement and sandwich competition.

HEALTH CAMPAIGN AMSA-UPH 2022/2023 - ALLURE
This year’s Health Campaign with the tagline “ALLURE : Accept and Look at The Uniqueness of Autism From Different Perspectives” was held on the 2nd of April, the same day as World Autism Day. The event was divided into two activites, where we first did "Tenda Tensi" at GKI Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, while educating people around regarding autism. Then we continued the event at Yayasan Sayap Ibu, South Jakarta, where we did various activities with the children there like, giving education on the importance of hygiene, interactive session, and break fast together. This is AMSA-UPH's first health campaign held offline after so long, and we hope we manage to raise awareness regarding autism through this event.

FINANCE FEST AMSA-UPH 2022/2023 - LEVEL
On the 14th April 2023, Finance Fest with the tagline LEVEL : Let’s Keep Our Financial Stable was held in FK UPH. The event was held offline in FK UPH and was publicly open. The event consisted of a seminar and workshop simulation of stock and business, that was brought up by Dr. dr. Yafet Ronny Setiawan, Sp.BS. We hope it increases the knowledge of our participants and they had fun during the event! Check out the excitement on the video above!

SOCIAL ACTIVITY AMSA-UPH 2022/2023 - SNOOPY
Every year, Social Activity is done by AMSA-UPH and other AMSA-universities. This year, Social Activity was held on April 29th 2023 at Panti Asuhan Kasih Anugerah with the theme SNOOPY: Say No to Typhus. The event consisted of free consultation, typhoid immunization, and, workshop about making an oralite and the importance of hand hygiene. FAREWELL AMSA-UPH 2022/2023-SAYONARA
As the tenure 2022/2023 has come to an end, Farewell Party was held on the 23rd and 24th of May 2023. This two day event was held in a villa in Ciloto, Puncak and consisted of games, video of the year presentation, and awarding session. This gave us an opportunity to gather together and have fun, while reminiscing the journey during the past tenure. We would like to give out our biggest gratitude to our members for all your participation during the past tenure. Sayonara, see you on the next tenure!
